How does it work?
Upload your idea (a drawing, photo, pet, or character) and tell us a few details. We generate an AI preview so you can see the concept. When you love it, you pay, we send a production proof, and once you approve it our makers handcraft your plush and ship it worldwide.
Will my plush look exactly like the picture?
It will be a close, loving interpretation, not an exact copy. The AI preview is an approximate guide, and your plush is handmade by a real person, so small differences in proportions, color, and styling are normal. You always review a proof before we finalize it.
What can I upload?
Drawings, paintings, photos of people, pets, and original characters. For a photo of a person, you need their permission, and for a photo of a child you must be the parent or guardian or have their consent. See our Content, IP & Consent Policy for details.
How long does it take?
Production takes about 2 to 3 weeks after you approve your proof, plus shipping time to your country. Need it faster? A rush option is available at checkout.
How much does it cost?
Plushies start at $49 depending on size and any add-ons you choose. You can see options on the Shop page. You only pay once you are happy with your preview.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide with tracking. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the recipient's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I ask for changes after I see the proof?
Yes. Every order includes 2 rounds of revisions on your proof, so we can adjust details before production begins.
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your proof. After approval we begin making your unique item, so it cannot be refunded for a change of mind, but we will remake or refund anything that arrives damaged, defective, or different from your approved proof. How do I pay?
Checkout is secure and handled by a trusted payment processor. We never store your full card details. More payment options are on the way.
Can I order a gift?
Absolutely. Add a gift box and a handwritten note at checkout, and we can ship straight to the lucky recipient. Digital gift cards are coming soon.
