- The reference images you upload and your design brief.

Payment information
Payments are processed securely by a third party payment processor. We do not store your full card number.

Like most websites, we collect device and browser information, your IP address, and how you use the site, through cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use your information
- To generate AI previews and produce and deliver your order.
- To communicate with you about your order and provide support.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To improve our products and website.
- To send marketing messages, only where you have agreed.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
4. AI processing of your images
To create your preview, your uploaded images are sent to third party AI providers (for example, Google Gemini and Black Forest Labs through fal.ai). These providers process the image under their own terms and may run automated safety checks. Please only upload images you are allowed to share. See our Content, IP & Consent Policy for your responsibilities.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only as needed with:
- Makers and fulfillment partners who craft and pack your order.
- Our payment processor and shipping carriers.
- AI, hosting, and analytics providers that power the service.
- Authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. International transfers
We operate from Georgia and work with service providers in other countries, so your information may be transferred and processed internationally with appropriate safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your order and image data for as long as needed to fulfill and support your order and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your uploaded images sooner.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Email hello@plushify.fun to make a request.
9. Children's privacy
Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. An image that shows a child may only be uploaded by that child's parent or legal guardian, or with the guardian's permission, as described in our Content, IP & Consent Policy.
10. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies for essential site functions and for analytics that help us understand and improve the experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
