1. Where we ship
We ship internationally to most countries. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will let you know and refund your order.
2. Production time
Because each plush is made to order, production takes about 2 to 3 weeks from the moment you approve your proof. Busy seasons can add a little time, and we will keep you updated.
3. Shipping time
After your order ships, tracked international delivery usually takes roughly 5 to 21 business days depending on the destination and the method chosen at checkout. Faster options may be available for an extra cost.
4. Total timeline
Your total wait is production time plus shipping time. All timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, the weight of your order, and the method you choose.
6. Customs, duties, and import taxes
For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We declare parcels accurately as required by law.
7. Tracking
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it to your door.
8. Delays outside our control
Customs processing, carrier issues, weather, and peak seasons can cause delays after a parcel leaves us. We will help you track it, but these delays are beyond our control.
9. Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Reshipping a parcel returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur an additional cost.
